You’re Allowed To Feel Amazing

There are a lot of things that we blame on “getting older.” The achy back, sore feet, upset stomachs, stress headaches, sleepless nights - these are just the cost of being an adult, right? Why should YOU complain about your ailments when everyone else is feeling the same thing?

I mean, we’re all feeling this way, right?

I gotta tell you - it shouldn’t hurt this much to be alive. Living your life shouldn’t come with all these aches and pains. When I start working with clients, one of the things I make sure they know: they are going to feel great. In fact, they’ll be amazed at how well they will feel.

No matter what age. No matter where you’re at in your life journey.

You’re going to feel great - because you’re supposed to.

Because it’s not normal to just feel tired all the time.

Or to be in chronic pain.

Or feel bloated after every meal.

These things aren’t consequences of being a human. Rather, they are symptoms of a deeper uneasiness.

Your food should make you feel good. You should eat enough.

You should sleep, lots, without aid. You should be giving yourself time to wind down and relax before bed.

You should move. Walk around, stretch. Your body was meant to do so much more than just sit around all day. The couch may feel comfortable for a bit, but walking around is going to do you a lot more favors in the long run.

You can feel better with each passing year. I promise. And it can all start right now if you’re kind enough to listen to what your body is telling you.
